This is an agreement between you and all the people you represent (and for the purposes of this agreement includes “person” individuals and any type of registered or unincorporated unit) and Manpower North America (“Manpower”) and regulates your use of the ManPower Jobs site and the content, information and services provided through the Manpower Jobs website (together the “website”). The agreement also provides benefits for manpower subsidiaries, service providers, suppliers and subcontractors, including various manpower companies worldwide (together “Affiliates and Providers”). Every time you use the site, you agree that all the people you represent, without limitation or qualification, are bound by this agreement, and you guarantee and guarantee that you have the legal authority to approve and accept this agreement on behalf of you and all the people you represent. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement or if you are not entitled to accept this Agreement and accept it, you cannot use this site. This Agreement and any agreement other than you or the people you represent with Manpower or associated companies and suppliers (now or in the future; together) represent the entire agreement regarding your access and use of the Site and replace all previous agreements (in writing, oral or otherwise) regarding your access and use of the site. In the event of contradictions or conflicts between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of agreements other than you or the persons you represent, with Manpower or associated companies and suppliers (now or in the future), the provisions of this Agreement apply with respect to your access and use of the Site. It is important to mention the purpose of the agreement, including the demand for labour to enter into short- and long-term contracts. The company and the contractor must be identified at the same time as the type of organization and type of business to be implemented.
