Rouxbe Online Cooking School Blog

The long-awaited Rouxbe Cooking School is just around the corner. At the present time, we are still looking to release around the end of June.

Just like in a professional cooking school, this is a progressive school curriculum where you start with fundamentals and then move through to more advanced lessons. We will launch with several lessons to get you started and then introduce additional school sections over the following months.

For those of you that have asked, the Rouxbe Cooking School is included with premium membership. At launch, there will be a sample lesson to try, which will be available to all signed-up members.

Lastly, we have set up a forum discussion topic so that you can get to know your fellow Cooking School enrollees (4,000 at present).

For those of you who don’t know, I’ve been cooking for over 25 years and I have to tell you, these past several months working with Christophe and Tony from Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver, have been very enlightening. In fact, each time we enter the kitchen to plan a new lesson, I find myself learning 5 to 10 new things even after 25 years of cooking.
