Gnocchi fans, hold on to your potatoes! Just when you may have thought gnocchi couldn’t possibly get any more delicious, we’ve decided to pan fry them in butter and drizzle them with a lemon-sage sauce. We’ve served these on many occasions and nobody believes us when we tell them the sauce consists of three things: Rouxbe’s dark chicken stock, lemon and sage – that’s it! The dark chicken stock is reduced to a sauce-like consistency, giving it intense flavor and beautiful color.
