Spring isn’t here just yet. In fact, it’s snowing at Rouxbe Central today. It’s a perfect opportunity to pull out the puff pastry and make some chicken pot pies to warm up.
If you don’t have time to make the broth for this recipe, just substitute chicken stock and pick up some pre-cooked chicken from your deli.
