    This is the greatest cooking website of all…….I am in what most people refer to as the golden years, and have been cooking all my life. I have been taught by great home cooks, well educated chefs and had a lot of in school teaching. Soooooo I did not think there was much more I could learn; well, not so.
    This on line school is great, I have found so many wonderful new ways to make food more fun to prepare and even more wonderful to eat. Just goes to prove you are never too old to learn something new.

    Thanks Rouxbe, I will be forever in your debt for the all of the new skills that I have found on your website, and my thanks go out to all the staff at Rouxbe.

    There is such a resurgence of interest in cooking. When people find out I am a culinary school student, I get flooded, just flooded with questions.

    That’a how i found this place so a big congratz on you for getting this far. After only a month the person who used the site had to make a 3 course meal for a tv cheff who was very impreased with the knolage he got in only a month.
